NIAGARA FALLS-  All  bridges leading into the United States from Niagara have been shut down! Details are scarce but all  border crossings connecting Ontario to western New York are closed for an emergency as a result of an undisclosed incident on the Rainbow Bridge.  US customs and border agents along with FBI are overseeing the investigation A vehicle  on the U.S. side have blocked the bridge and a vehicle is being held. Queenston-Lewiston, Rainbow and Peace Bridges are all shut down.
