Led by singers and escorted by pallbearers from the RCMP and Winnipeg Police Service, a white casket bearing the body of Cathy Merrick, the late Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs grand chief, arrived to lie in state at the Manitoba Legislative Building on Wednesday.
