And it appears not even Elected Chief Mark Hill and his political adviser are aware they’re missing anything. There has been a lack of information flowing on issues as serious as education, health, Ontario Works and lands management and it couldn’t have been clearer thanks to councillor Helen Miller and her penchant for providing written reports to her fellow council members.
