Six Nations federal school principals and teachers aren’t involved in Six Nations Elected Council’s (SNEC) measures to end bullying. SNEC passed the terms of reference for the Anti-Bullying Task Force at its General Council meeting on January 24, but also passed a motion demanding that Travis Anderson, director of Federal Schools come to a subsequent meeting to find a solution. Councillor Helen Miller said the Anti-Bullying Task Force will fail if the schools and the staff don’t get involved. “It’s not going to work if we don’t have the teachers and principals on board,” she said. “We want this to work.
