By Marc Lalonde Local Journalism Initiative Reporter The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is in a “holding pattern,” as it waits for the judge’s decision in an Ontario Superior Court hearing where the MCK challenged Ontario’s new online gaming regulatory framework, the chief who sat in on the hearings said. “There’s no timeline on a decision,” MCK portfolio lead on justice and legislation Tonya Perron said. “Honestly, I don’t know how long it could take.
