By Sam Thompson & Melissa Ridgen   Global News The Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs (AMC)  has called for full implementation of Jordan’s Principle saying the program has been mismanaged by Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) and   they want  the federal government to end its neglect and systemic failures when it comes to First Nations children.
