Head of Union of B.C. Indian Chiefs derides rhetoric around B.C. Supreme Court’s Cowichan decision

Indian Chiefs, Stewart Phillip, tells the CBC’s Michelle Eliot that the reaction to the Cowichan decision is a continuation of the historical mistreatment of Indigenous people in the province.
