MISSISSAUGAS OF CREDIT FIRST NATION- Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charge a Hagersville man after an altercation erupted at a residence on Mississauga Road in Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, November 23, 2022.  The altercation broke out Wednesday, Nov., 23, 2022 at about 1:37 p.m. OPP  have charged Dustin Errol Benninger, 31, of Hagersville with: ·        Assault Causing Bodily Harm (two counts) ·        Assault a Peace Officer while Threatening to use a Weapon ·        Mischief – destroys or damages property Benninger was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on November 24, 2022, to answer to the charges.
