By Bill Graveland THE CANADIAN PRESS CALGARY- The use of light technology is allowing archeologists to peel away the rainforest and reveal the remains of an ancient Mayan city nearly twice the size of Vancouver. LIDAR, which stands for light detection and ranging, is a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of a pulsed laser.
