By Kaitlyn Bailey  Local Journalism Initiative Reporter A new hydrogen development possibility powered by wind energy is being investigated by the City of Prince Rupert, Legacy Inc. and two Ts’msyen First Nations under a memorandum of understanding with Pattern Energy.
