Lakehead University welcomed the community to care for the water in a water walk ceremony around Boulevard Lake in Thunder Bay, Ont., on Friday. The ceremony was the second part of a two-part speaker and experiential learning series focused on Indigenization, cultural health literacy and creating a space in academia for more elders and Indigenous community members to share with students.
