By Lynda Powless Editor Six Nations used this year’s Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) conference to raise concerns about justice services, transportation and development within the Haldimand Tract, while making history as the first First Nation to have its own delegation room at the annual conference. But for Elected Chief Sherri-Lyn Hill being snubbed by Ontario Minister of Indigenous Affairs and First Nations Economic Reconciliation Greg Rickford seemed to top her complaint list. Elected Chief Hill provided an update at the Aug., 26th SNEC meeting saying she met with some provincial ministers and municipal representatives during the AMO conference in Ottawa.
