OPP ROPE squad seeking public’s help in search for federal offender

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad of the OPP is seeking the public’s help to locate a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant after breaching the conditions of his Statutory Release. OPP identified the man as Edward Seery, a 45-year-old Indigenous male who stands 5’10” (180 cm) and 251 lbs (114 kg). He has brown hair and blue eyes and a number of tattoos including: Right forearm – ‘519’ and a skull with a helmet Left hand – ‘OMEGA’ Right hand – ‘ALPHA’ Upper torso/back – shamrock with skull Right forearm – soldier Left upper arm – cross-type tattoo Left knee – scar with nine stitches above the knee Left ear – scar on the ear Seery was serving three years for Possession of Schedule I/II Substance
