O’Leary Digital attempt to strike the judicial review application from Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation was dismissed by an Alberta judge on Aug. 13. The First Nations expects the judicial review to go ahead later this year as they continue to raise concerns about consultation and water rights centred around the proposed Wonder Valley data centre campus.
